Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness for Organizations & Communities

This customizable mentorship program is designed for leaders of schools, nonprofits, and community organizations looking to integrate mindfulness and trauma-sensitive approaches into their work. Each session with your leadership group will be tailored to your organization’s needs and provide responsive guidance on implementing mindfulness-based interventions, supporting staff well-being, and fostering a culture of belonging and emotional resilience within teams and communities.

Format and Dates

Your group will meet twice a month for 1 hour via Zoom. The start and end dates will be determined by your organization’s needs and availability. For schools, programs will run September through May.

Group Flow

Each meeting session will typically include:

  • Opening mindfulness or somatic-based grounding practice

  • Discussion of trauma-sensitive mindfulness in organizational settings

  • Case consultation and implementation strategies for teams

  • Special topic discussions based on the needs of the group

  • Integration practices and action steps for bringing mindfulness into organizations

  • Recordings of each session will be available for review

  • Max of 16 participants per group

Eligibility

Your organization qualifies for enrollment if you have:

  1. A team working with vulnerable populations or in high-stress environments

  2. A desire to integrate mindfulness and trauma-sensitive practices into your workplace

  3. An interest in fostering a more mindful and resilient organizational culture
