Mindful Activism Mentorship Group

This six-month mentorship group is designed for community leaders, activists, educators, and helping professionals seeking mindfulness-based tools to sustain their work in emotionally demanding environments. Each session will explore nervous system regulation, resilience-building strategies, and mindful leadership approaches for navigating conflict, burnout, and advocacy with clarity and strength.

Format and Dates

This is a six-month group that meets once a month for 2 hours via Zoom. The next round of group dates is TBA.

Group Flow

Each meeting session will typically include:

  • Opening mindfulness or grounding practice

  • Discussion of trauma-sensitive leadership and mindful activism

  • Group coaching and space for questions and reflection

  • Special topic discussions tailored to the group’s needs

  • Tools for sustaining energy, speaking out, and navigating divisive times

  • Recordings of each session will be available for review

  • There are 16 total seats available for this group

Eligibility

You qualify for enrollment if you have either:

  1. Experience as a leader, activist, or creative working in social change or healing work

  2. A desire to integrate mindfulness into leadership and advocacy

  3. A need for support in sustaining emotional and nervous system balance in your work
