The Journey: The Arc of the 6-Month Program

Each month, we will dive deep into a new module of the FIERCE Method—six transformational phases designed to permanently shift your relationship to anger and unlock the power within it:

Befriend your rage, acknowledge the deeper wounding, and uncover the body’s wisdom

  • Stabilize your attention and establish a toolkit of resources to ground attention in moments of distress.

  • Advocate for yourself and others from a place of steadiness, conviction, power and nonviolent communication.

  • Be a beacon of grounded, compassionate presence for others, even in a crisis. Your nervous system is the intervention.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • First 30 Days: If you find within the first month that this program isn’t for you, you may request a partial refund (minus a $300 non-refundable deposit for administrative & content access costs).

  • After 30 Days: Due to the depth of this work, no refunds will be issued beyond the first 30 days. However, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort or gift your spot to someone else who would benefit.
